How to Communicate with your Buyers


  1. Co-Op Updates: Co-Op updates are mandatory every 30 days. Log into your Kickfurther account and click “Post an Update” to update every contributor of your Co-Op:



  1. Direct Replies: Hit the reply link to respond to a specific user within your Co-Op. Only the specific user will be notified of your comment via email and a notification within our platform. 




  1. Message All Backers: Use this button to post an update to every contributor you have ever had across all past Co-Ops. This is a great opportunity to update your past contributors and let them know that you are going to be launching a new Co-Op, would like product feedback or providing a discount code to use on your website.
