Communicating with Co-Ops

After you’ve made a Co-Op claim, you’re able to communicate with the brand through the Co-Op page. 



Here you can ask questions or give praise (remember to follow our code of conduct) throughout the life of the Co-Op.



Here’s how:



1. Log into your Kickfurther account



2. From your dashboard, select “Consignments” from the left-hand menu. From there, you’ll be able to see a list of all your Co-Ops. Click the Co-Op link to select the business and Co-Op you’d like to engage with.



3. Once you’ve clicked into a Co-Op page, scroll to the bottom of the Buyer Page to write your comment.  Press the blue “Post” button beneath the comment window when you are finished and ready to submit.





The Co-Op owner will receive an email notification alerting him or her of your comment or question.


TIP - you can reply to specific comments from other users and the Co-Op owner by hitting the blue reply link within the comment section.


TIP - Please make sure your updates are courteous and kind!  Encouragement can go a long way because words are powerful.
