Some Helpful Tips for Driver's License Upload - 

Try to make sure your ID picture is in color, legible, and shows a plain background around all four sides of the ID.  A camera phone image will work.  Sometimes a JPEG image is too large, and taking a screenshot of the image and uploading the screenshot will work instead.
